Stan Blackburn
Stan Blackburn has over 25 years of finance and accounting management expertise working with private venture backed technology and public reporting companies. In 2001, Mr. Blackburn co-founded BlackFord Partners with focus on serving early stage companies with financial management and leadership to the business financing, financial reporting, and growth issues as an organization’s First CFO™. During this time he has been involved with closing well over $200 million in venture capital, PIPE, and debt financing transactions, as well as closed several M&A transactions and SEC compliance reporting. Prior BlackFord, Mr. Blackburn was a principal with Alitum/RCG Management, a financial advisory firm to emerging technology companies. Over his career, he has been involved in closing well over $200 million in venture capital and debt financing transactions, including direct involvement with mergers and acquisition transactions, and SEC compliance reporting. Mr. Blackburn began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co., is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Illinois.

Jeff Gilford
Jeff Gilford has over 20 years of finance and accounting management expertise working with private venture backed technology and small capitalization public reporting companies. In 2001, Mr. Gilford co-founded BlackFord Partners with focus on serving early stage companies with financial management and leadership to areas such as business financing, financial reporting, and growth issues as an organization’s First CFO™. During this time he has been involved with closing well over $150 million in venture capital, PIPE, and debt financing transactions, as well as SEC compliance reporting, and closed several M&A transactions. Prior to BlackFord, Mr. Gilford was CFO for OrderFusion, an early stage leader in sell side e-commerce software, where he closed several rounds of venture capital, convertible bridge and debt transactions, and directed financial reporting, human resource, contract management, and legal for operations throughout US and Canada. Jeff has held additional senior financial management positions since leaving Deloitte & Touche LLP (fka Touche Ross), where he earned his license as a California Certified Public Accountant. Jeff earned his Executive MBA and Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University.

Shannon Case, Associate
Shannon Case has over 10 years of finance and accounting experience. Prior to her affiliation with BlackFord, Shannon was an Accounting Manager with Alitum, Inc. (formerly RCG Management), where she provided accounting services to early stage bio-tech/life science organizations. Areas of responsibility included accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, development of policies and procedures and implementation of accounting systems. Prior to Alitum, she served in various positions for REEF and The Governance Instituitue. Shannon holds a B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting from Seattle University.
